Higgins® Protein Egg Food provides your birds with an excellent source of protein derived from both animal and plant sources. Higgins® Protein Egg Food can be fed dry or moist. DRY - Sprinkle approximately 2 tablespoons (1 oz) per bird of Protein Egg Food over your bird’s existing regular dry food or serve in a separate treat cup.
MOIST – In a small cup, moisten approximately 2 tablespoons (1 oz) per bird of Protein Egg Food with about a teaspoon of purified water or just enough to moisten the egg food. Feed in a separate treat cup. For added variety, you can mix in fresh, chopped, soft fruits or add Sunburst® Leafy Greens & Herbs.
Remove any uneaten food from your bird’s cage daily and discard.
