This product is a complete maintenance food for species that in the wild consume a significant amount of seeds from oil-rich plants (Psittacus, Ara, Poicephalus, etc.). Grey, Macaw.

Psittacus maintenance foods are formulated to be fed to pet birds and breeding birds during non-reproductive periods. Their composition meets the nutritional requirements of birds during these stages.

It is designed to constitute 100% of the parrot's diet in non-reproductive periods. However, if fresh fruit and vegetables are provided daily to give variety to the diet, High Protein formula should constitute no less than 70% of the total intake. No vitamin or mineral supplements should be given to parrots whose staple food is High Protein formula.

Renew feeder with fresh food and water daily. Once the package is opened, store it in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place.
